The
AccuBoost controller is the next evolution of the ReliaBoost, but lightyears ahead in design and performance.
The latest cutting edge techniques of 3-D Fluid Flow Modeling and FEA Analysis were used extensively in the design of this controller resulting in minimal restriction and hence
greater control over the entire boost range.
Most of the boost controllers on the market are either
fixed orifice restrictors or adjustable leak valves.
The AccuBoost and ReliaBoost controllers is unique in that they prevent any signal to the
wastegate until the preset boost limit is reached.
Only when the desired boost level is attained, does the controller crack open and signals
the wastegate to start opening. The result of this ability is much quicker
boost rise and minimal turbo lag.
This simply means that the boost surges quick and hits hard
creating that 'thrown back into the seat' feeling we all know and love.
Due to the design of a mechanically actuated turbo system, boost spikes can occur
when the wastegate slams shut due to the resident pressure in the signal line past the controller.
To prevent this from happening, we have specific variables in our design that are tuned for
to eliminate spikes altogether. As a result we are able to provide a controllers
that does not spike above the preset boost limit.
Based on the shear number of features of the AccuBoost Controller coupled with its affordable price and outstanding quality, we feel it is the
best controller around bar none. Our controllers is capable of matching to within 95% of the boost control
accuracy of high dollar electronic controllers, costing more than ten times as much. The AccuBoost and ReliaBoost line of controllers are all made from high grade metal parts that
